CONCORD — A 66-year-old man from Maine is facing charges following a crash with injuries in Concord on Thursday.
The single-vehicle crash took place on US Route 2 at around 7:00 p.m.
Police identified the driver as Gary Stratton, of Bangor, Maine.
According to the report, Stratton was headed east when he veered off the road, striking multiple trees.
Emergency responders extracted Stratton from the vehicle by removing the roof of the vehicle.
He was then transported to NVRH.
Following an investigation, police say he was operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicating liquor.
He was issued a citation to appear in court to answer the charge of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or other substance.
