Fight leads to DUI #2 for St. Johnsbury man

LYNDONVILLE — A 28-year-old St. Johnsbury resident was arrested for his second DUI following a fight in Lyndonville early this morning.

Police were notified of an ongoing fight at the Cumberland Farms at around 1:18 a.m.

Police say the parties had left when they arrived on scene.

Following an investigation, police found that someone who was involved in the fight had driven back to the store.

The individual was identified as Jonathan Serrano.

Police say Serrano was displaying indicators of impairment.

He was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI and later released to a sober party on a citation to appear in court for the charge of DUI #2
