Lyndonville man injured during motorcycle crash in Waterford

WATERFORD — A 23-year-old Lyndonville man was injured during a motorcycle crash in Waterford on Friday.

The crash took place at the intersection of Vermont Route 18 and the I-93 off-ramp at around 4:49 p.m.

Police say Irving Lang, 80, Monroe, NH, entered the intersection from the off-ramp and collided with a Yamaha motorcycle being driven by Jeffrey Houde, 23, of Lyndonville.

Police say Houde was treated by members of CALEX and Waterford Rescue on the scene and then transported via helicopter to the hospital with critical injuries.

Police are still investigating this crash.
