Man arrested for possession of cocaine in Lyndonville

LYNDONVILLE — A 36-year-old Montpelier man was arrested following an incident in Lyndonville early this morning.

Police say they initiated a traffic stop on Memorial Drive at around 12:29 a.m.

The driver, identified as Kevin Reynolds, had an active warrant for his arrest, police say.

According to the report, he was also found to be in possession of cocaine.

Police took Reynolds into custody and transported him to the St. Johnsbury barracks for processing.

He was issued a citation to appear in court on October 5 to answer to charges.

He was held at NERCC for lack of bail on his outstanding warrant, as well as issued numerous Vermont civil violation complaints.
