Newark man arrested for DUI #5, Lyndon

LYNDON — A 57-year-old Newark man was arrested following an incident in Lyndon on Saturday.

Police initiated a traffic stop on Route 114 at around 10:26 p.m.

Following an investigation, police say Theodore Bowen was showing indicators of impairment.

Bowen was also found to be driving without the use of an ignition interlock device, which he is
required to do.

He was taken into custody and later released on a citation to appear in court for the charges of DUI #5, and criminal DLS.
