Plow and a salt spreader stolen from St. Johnsbury Auto

ST. JOHNSBURY — Police are investigating a theft that took place in St. Johnsbury on Sunday.

According to the report, a 9’2″ BOSS Stainless Steel V-Plow and an 8′ FISHER salt spreader were reported stolen from St. Johnsbury Auto.

The theft, which took place on Memorial Drive, happened sometime between 5:45 p.m to 6:05 p.m.

A GMC Sierra pulling a trailer was seen entering the dealership and left with the plow and salt spreader in the back of the trailer a short time later.

Police described the vehicle was possibly a newer style ’16-’19 GMC Sierra Double cab, with a tonneau cover on the back and chrome side steps.
