Police: Peacham man facing numerous charges

PEACHAM — A 26-year-old man was arrested on multiple charges following an incident in Peacham.

On February 14, police say that Tony Burrington Jr., of Peacham, was in possession of a stolen cell phone on Old County Road at around 8:00 a.m.

According to police, Burrington was also in possession of multiple firearms, in violation of a temporary relief from abuse order served on him, and a violation of his conditions of release.

Police say he was also found to be in possession of numerous illicit drugs.

He is facing multiple charges which include violation of conditions of release, violation of relief from abuse order, false information to a law enforcement officer, marijuana trafficking, selling or dispensing heroin, possession of cocaine, and possession of methamphetamines.

He was taken into custody and cited to appear in court on March 23 to answer to the charges.
