LYNDON — Crews responded to a two-vehicle rollover crash on I-91 in Lyndon this morning.

Police were notified of the crash at around 8:45 a.m.

According to the report, George Little, 77, of Burke, had just entered I-91 from exit 23.

As he accelerated to highway speeds, he lost rolling friction to the rear end of his vehicle on the icy roadway.

Little’s vehicle fishtailed before coming in contact with another vehicle and eventually sliding off into the median which caused his vehicle to roll, coming to rest on its wheels.

Little was wearing his seatbelt and transported to NVRH for precautions, police say.

Kaytlin Riendeau, 26, of Lyndonville, was the driver of the other vehicle.

Police say she was wearing her seatbelt and uninjured in the crash.
