BARNET — A 32-year-old Ryegate man was arrested for his second DUI following an incident in Barnet early yesterday morning.

Police responded to the incident on Little France Road at around 1:54 a.m.

Police identified the driver as Jeremy White, and say they noticed signs of impairment.

White was run through field sobriety exercises and found to be under the influence of alcohol, police say.

Police subsequently arrested White for suspicion of DUI and transported him to the St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing.

He was cited to appear in court on December 16 to answer to the charge of DUI #2.
