CRAFTSBURY — A St. Johnsbury contractor already facing multiple counts of home improvement fraud was cited for another incident, this time in Craftsbury.

Police say they opened an investigation into a home improvement fraud which was reported on August 28.

Police say Beverly Thurber, 70, of Craftsbury, hired contractor Ryan Kimball of Done Right Construction out of St. Johnsbury, to complete renovations on her home.

According to the police report, Kimball has not made a reasonable effort to complete the remainder of the contracted work.

He has been accused by multiple people of similar fraud cases over the past few months.

Authorities say Kimball was not supposed to seek new home improvement contracts, and in doing so violated his terms of release.

He was cited to appear in court by police and released.
