WESTMINSTER — A 29-year-old St. Johnsbury man was arrested for a third DUI and driving on a criminally suspended license in Westminster on Saturday.

Police say they were notified that a car was operating erratically on I-91 in Brattleboro at around 9:04 p.m.

State Police say they located it in Westminster crossing the northbound center line while having moderate damage to the rear of the vehicle.

Police initiated a motor vehicle stop and identified the driver as Nicholas R. Dulac.

Police arrested Dulac for suspicion of driving under the influence and driving with a criminally suspended license.

Dulac was transported to the State police barracks in Westminster for processing.

Police say he was cited to appear in court on December 3 to answer to the charges.
