St. Johnsbury man arrested for violating release conditions

DANVILLE — A 22-year-old St. Johnsbury man was arrested in Danville yesterday.

Police responded for a report that Sean Santo was violating his conditions of release at a home on Parker Road, at around 10:15 a.m.

According to the police report, Santo had active conditions of release to abide by his curfew as well as not to have contact with, and to stay 300 feet away from the victim of a prior offense.

Police took Santo into custody and he was lodged at the Northeastern Regional Correctional Facility for a lack of a verifiable address.

He was scheduled to appear in court today to answer to the charge.
