ST. JOHNSBURY — A 30-year-old man was arrested on a warrant following an incident in St. Johnsbury yesterday.

Police were notified of two intoxicated individuals in the parking lot of Price Chopper at around 8:20 p.m.

Police say they responded to the area and met with a woman, who was identified as Shauna Herbert, who admitted that Jack Granger, of St. Johnsbury, was with her prior to their arrival.

Granger has court order conditions not to be in contact with or the presence of Herbert and also he has a 24-hour court-ordered curfew.

Later in the evening, at nearly 7:50 p.m. police say they located Granger in the parking lot of the Green Mountain Mall in St. Johnsbury.

He was arrested for violating three of his court-ordered conditions of release.

He also had an active arrest warrant.

He was lodged at NECC in St. Johnsbury for the arrest warrant and cited to appear in court today for the above charges.
