Enosburg man arrested for DUI, possession and control of regulated drugs

ENOSBURG — A 38-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Enosburg yesterday.

Police were notified that a vehicle had gone off a local road at around 9:46 p.m.

According to the police report “Eric Hull was operating a Toyota Tundra that went off the road, and then operated a Polaris Ranger ATV on a public highway known as Chester A Arthur Road.”

Police say Hull was administered standardized field sobriety tests and subsequently arrested for suspicion of DUI.

He was transported to the St. Albans barracks for processing.

Police say he was cited and released to appear in court on December 23 to answer to the charges of DUI, and possession and control of regulated drugs.
