Highgate woman arrested for criminal threatening

HIGHGATE — A 53-year-old woman was arrested for criminal threatening following an incident in Highgate yesterday.

Police say they were notified of an ongoing dispute involving what was believed to be a firearm on Lamkin Street at around 10:00 p.m.

According to the report, Sherry Greenia, of Highgate, pointed what was ultimately found to be an airsoft gun at two individuals after a dispute involving the use of ATVs at the location.

Greenia was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Albans barracks for processing.

After processing, she was released on a flash citation to appear in court today to answer to the charge.
