GEORGIA — Police responded to a strange incident in Georgia yesterday where a man pointed a gun at a grandfather dropping off presents for his granddaughters.

The incident took place at a home on Woods Holw Road at around 7:00 p.m.

According to police, a 61-year-old man from St. Albans was at the residence dropping off Christmas gifts.

Police say there were no legal restrictions currently in place preventing him from being at the residence.

Kyle Trayah, 33, allegedly answered the door pointing a shotgun at the man ordering him to leave, police say.

Police say this incident occurred in the presence of an 8-year-old child who was standing next to the grandfather at the time of the incident.

After police arrived, the man was issued a no-trespass order for the residence.

Trayah will have to answer to the charges of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, criminal threatening, and offense that occurred in the presence of a child.
