Milton man arrested for 2nd DUI in Georgia

GEORGIA — Police say a 31-year-old Milton man was picked up for his second DUI in Georgia on Saturday.

Police say they initiated a stop after spotting a vehicle being driven erratically at around 1:51 a.m.

The driver was identified as James Carleton.

Carleton was arrested on suspicion of DUI for the second time, police say.

He was transported to the State police barracks for processing and was cited to appear in court to answer to the charge.
