Police identify suspects after buildings in St. Albans tagged with graffiti

ST. ALBANS — Local police are finishing up an investigation after graffiti started showing up in St. Albans last week.

The St. Albans Police Department says on May 20 and 21, they received multiple reports of graffiti tagging throughout the city.

During the investigation, police say they identified two suspects responsible for the graffiti.

The suspects are Garrett Gagne, 22, and Dylan Snapp, 23, both of St. Albans.

The clean-up cost and monetary damage assessments are unknown at this time.

Gagne was located, processed and issued a citation to appear at the Franklin County Superior Court Criminal Division on July 13, 2020 at 1:00 pm.

Police say they have not located Snapp at this time.
