ST. ALBANS — A man and a woman were arrested in St. Albans following an incident on Kingman Street last Thursday.
Police say they observed a vehicle known to them to have been involved in recent drug activity, parked in the People’s Trust Parking Lot.
A passenger in the back seat, identified as Emanuel Dunn, 33, of Winooski, had a nationwide extraditable warrant for his arrest for felony heroin sales.
After a brief struggle with officers, Dunn was taken into custody and lodged at Northwest State Correctional Facility.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as Korey Koch, 30, of Georgia, and she was arrested for violating pretrial conditions of release that were issued to her out of Chittenden County.
Police say Koch was processed at the St. Albans Police Department and cited to appear in court on December 19.
Officers conducted a search of the vehicle, and say they located numerous drug paraphernalia “indicative of the use and sales of crack cocaine and heroin.”
Anyone with information about this case is being asked to contact the St. Albans Police Department at (802) 524-2166.
