Richford man arrested for DUI #3 after hitting pedestrian

RICHFORD — A 25-year-old man was arrested for his third DUI following an accident in Richford on Wednesday.

Police were notified that a vehicle had struck a pedestrian on Eastern Avenue at around 10:16 p.m.

The driver was identified as Isaac Murray, of Richford.

Police say Murray showed signs of alcohol impairment and was screened for DUI.

He was arrested and transported to the St. Albans State Police barracks for processing.

He was released on a citation to appear in court for the above offense.
