FRANKLIN — A 22-year-old man from St. Albans is facing charges for driving with a criminally suspended license and for violating conditions of his release on Monday.
Police say they initiated a traffic stop for several motor vehicle violations while monitoring traffic southbound on Interstate 89 at around 2:47 p.m.
The driver, identified as Jesse Koslowski, was arrested.
Police say Koslowski was driving with a criminally suspended license and that he violated conditions of release.
He was transported to the State Police barracks and processed.
He was released with a citation to appear in court on May 4 to answer to the above charges.
