Another man facing charges relating to convenience store burglaries in Lamoille County

CAMBRIDGE — Police say another man involved in a series of burglaries that occurred in Lamoille and Chittenden counties is facing charges.

Authorities have been investigating a series of four convenience store burglaries involving cigarette theft back in December of 2019.

Yesterday, Timothy Crews, 59 of Burlington, was charged with three counts of aiding in the commission of a felony and three counts of driving with a suspended license for his part in the burglary spree, police say.

Crews was issued a to appear at the Chittenden County Superior Court Criminal Division on February 11, and the Lamoille County Superior Court Criminal Division on February 12.

The Eden Mini Mart on December 23, 2019.
The Cupboard Deli in Cambridge on December 25, 2019.
The Madonna Mobil in Cambridge On December 29, 2019.

On December 30, 2019, police arrested John Shambo, 56 of Burlington.
