EDEN — A 36-year-old man police say was a fugitive from justice is facing multiple charges following an incident in Eden on Sunday.
Police say they initiated a traffic stop on Route 100 at around 8:27 p.m.
The driver, identified as Daniel Wyman, of Eden, was found to have a criminally suspended license and showed signs of impairment, police say.
Following an investigation, police allege that Wyman was under the influence of alcohol.
He was placed under arrest and transported to the Morristown Police Department for processing.
Police say during screening, it was found that Wyman also had an extraditable warrant out of Florida for an outstanding fraud charge.
