Police: Military vehicle forces propane truck off road in Jericho

JERICHO — Police are investigating a crash that took palce in Jericho on Tuesday.

A propane truck went off Barber Farm Road and Route 117 at around 7:34 a.m.

Following an investigation, police say the propane truck was headed west on Route 117 and drove off the highway to avoid hitting another vehicle.

The second vehicle was a military vehicle that turned onto Route 117.

The vehicles did not make contact and there is no information on the military vehicle or the driver at this time.

Police say no injuries were reported during the incident.

State Police were assisted by the Underhill-Jericho Fire and The Vermont Department of Motor Vehicles.
