Graffiti spray-painted on a building in Waterbury

WATERBURY — Police are investigating after graffiti which was spray-painted on a building in Waterbury this morning.

The graffiti was spotted on a large trench shield that had been unearthed as part of ongoing construction work near the municipal office building.

The graffiti reads “State Police support — WLM as well.”

State police say they have informed the Vermont Attorney General’s Office under the Bias Incident Reporting System.
