Police: Black Lives Matter sign destroyed at Yestermorrow in Waitsfield

WAITSFIELD — Police say they are investigating an incident that took place at Yestermorrow School of Design and Build in Waitsfield yesterday.

Police were notified that a Black Lives Matter sign located at the facility on Main Street had been destroyed the night before.

A representative from Yestermorrow told police that a group of students confronted individuals breaking a Black Lives Matter sign placed in front of the school.

Police say the persons involved were seen leaving in a dark-colored newer Honda Civic with white plates.
