WILLIAMSTOWN — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash in Williamstown yesterday.
The crash took place on Vermont Route 14 at around 6:00 a.m.
Police say both drivers had been transported to the hospital for evaluation.
According to the report, a vehicle driven by Rebecca Amerman, 35, of Williamstown, crossed the double yellow centerline into oncoming traffic due to mechanical failure.
The front of 49-year-old Scott Setien’s vehicle collided with the rear of Amerman on a curve in the road.
Police say Amerman was not wearing a seatbelt and airbags were not deployed whereas Setein was wearing a seatbelt and all the airbags deployed in the vehicle.
