Waterbury man arrested for DUI #2

WATERBURY — A 35-year-old man was arrested for his second DUI following an incident in Waterbury yesterday.

Police were tipped off of a possible impaired driver who was traveling on Route 100 at around 9:15 p.m.

Police located the vehicle traveling north and initiated a traffic stop.

The driver was identified as Joshua Pellerin, of Waterbury.

During the screening process, police say Pellerin showed numerous signs of impairment and was arrested for suspicion of driving under the Influence.

He was transported to the Middlesex barracks where he was processed and released with a citation to appear in court on May 7.
